- You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content, including music usage
- You will properly disclose commercial and branded content according to TikTok's Branded Content Policy
- You will not use Postiz to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates TikTok's policies
- You acknowledge that TikTok may remove or restrict content that violates its policies
TikTok API Limitations
You understand and accept that:
- TikTok imposes rate limits and usage restrictions on API access
- Content processing on TikTok may take several minutes after publication
- Not all TikTok features may be available through the API
- TikTok's API capabilities may change, which could affect available features
- We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to TikTok features due to factors outside our control
TikTok Account Security
You are responsible for:

- Revoking Postiz's access to your TikTok account if you suspect unauthorized use
- Regularly reviewing connected applications in your TikTok account settings
Intellectual Property and Creator Rights
